建筑石膏粉福华宝在使用时有什么特点?

1.凝结硬化时体积微膨胀

石膏浆体在凝结硬化初期会产生微膨胀。这一性质石膏制品的表面光滑、细腻、尺寸精确,形体饱满、装饰性好。

建筑石膏粉硬化体的吸湿性强,吸收的水分会减弱石膏晶粒间的结合力,使强度显著降低;若长期漫水,还会因二水石膏晶体逐渐溶解而导致破坏。石膏粉制品吸水饱和后受冻,会因孔隙中水分结晶膨胀而破坏。所以,石膏粉制品的耐水性和抗冻性较差,不宜用于潮湿部位。为提高其耐水性,可加入适量的水泥、矿渣等水硬性材料,也可加入有机防水刻等,可改善石膏粉制品的孔,隙状态或使孔,壁具有增水性。

4.凝结硬化快

建筑石膏粉在加水拌合后,浆体在几分钟内便开始失去可塑性,30min内完全失去可塑性而产生强度,大约一星期左右完全硬化。为满足施工要求,需要加入缓凝剂,如硼砂、酒石酸钾钠、柠檬酸、聚乙烯醇、石灰活化骨胶或皮胶等。

石膏制品在遇火灾时,二水石膏将脱出结晶水,吸热蒸发,并在制品表面形成蒸汽幕和脱水物隔热层,可有效减少火焰对内部结构的危害。建策石膏制品在防火的同时自身也会遭到损坏,而且石膏制品也不宜长期用于靠近65°C以上高温的部位,以免二水石膏在此温度下失去结晶水,从而失去强度。
