抹面砂浆的出厂检验以及性能测试

目前对济南抹面砂浆的出厂检验包括初凝时间、抗压强度、密度、稠度和收缩率。抹面砂浆相关标准、规范有三个:《蒸压加气混凝土用砌筑砂浆与抹面砂浆》、《建筑砂浆基本性能试验方法》、《水泥胶砂干缩试验方法》。性能测试为材料的标准稠度、砂浆的保水性、分层度及砂浆的流动性四个方面。

(1)材料的标准稠度

干拌砂浆按具体的设计标准用水量加水混合后,按规定方法搅拌均匀。以此判断材料的性能,是否达到设计要求。方法原理是抹灰砂浆的湿砂浆对标准试杆(或试锥)的沉入具有一定阻力,通过试验湿砂浆的沉入度,确定砂浆的基本性能是否符合出厂要求。

砂浆的保水性是用分层度表示的。搅拌均匀的砂浆静置30min后,上下层砂浆沉入量的差值,称为分层度。

砂浆的流动性也叫稠度,是指在自重或外力作用下流动的性能。施工时,砂浆铺设在粗糙不平的砖石表面上,要能很好地铺成均匀密实的砂浆层,抹面砂浆要能很好地抹成均匀薄层,采用喷涂施工需要泵送砂浆,都要求砂浆具有一定的流动性。
